MAGADRILL Srl was born in 1987 following a commercial Agreement with Cristal Profor S.A. which was a French firm specialized in Diamond Bits, PDC, TSP and Core Heads.
In 1991 the owners sold part of the property and the company became 100% a "Roderi's Family" property, on the mean time the company changes into
MAGADRILL Snc di Roderi Giuseppe & C.
In the following years, the increasing interest of the Italian groups for the research activities, led MAGADRILL Snc to undertake economical relationships with foreign suppliers.
During the years, several companies rapresented has been sold, and some agreements have been cancelled, but the first agreements signed are still "alive", in fact Magadrill still rapresent Cristal Profor Diamond Bits (now changed in Varel Europe), Tam International Inflatable Packers and DownHole Products.
On 2016 as a result of the crisis of Oil & Gas sector, three of the four owners have left the company and the company changed into MAGADRILL Srl Unipersonale.
Today Magadrill Srl is mainly focused on the NEW Drilling, P&A Technologies.
